Join us for the second program in Toronto Lawyers Association Innovation Series.
In this program, learn the best practices for confidently implementing new legal technology in your practice. The expert team at BLG LLP will guide you through the key phases of technology implementation and will include a relevant case study of how legal technology has been successfully adopted into practice. Our moderator, a founding partner at Corman Feiner, will bring the small firm perspective to the discussion, ensuring that no matter what size firm you practice at, there will be valuable lessons for everyone.
Discussion will include:
- Procurement, implementation, adoption
- Project Management and governance
- Change Management
- Training
- Technology activities (data migration, Integrations with other systems, decommissioning of legacy systems)
This innovative program will teach you the key questions to ask vendors and integrators at each stage of a new legal tech project, whether from a project, training or change management perspective.
This is an interactive session where questions are encouraged. There will be 30 minutes at the end of the panel discussion for Q&A.
