Alisha completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2014. After splitting her articles with a criminal lawyer and a litigation firm downtown Toronto, she has since maintained a focus on civil and family litigation. Alisha’s work with experienced lawyers, as well as her own commitment to finding justice, has impressed upon her the importance of unrelenting advocacy. Alisha is dedicated to her clients’ cause and will tailor her legal services to meet their needs
Sayeh Hassan graduated from law school at the University of Ottawa in 2006 and was called to the Bar in 2007. She articled with Walter Fox & Associates, a boutique criminal defence firm in Toronto, where she was hired on as an associate and continued her criminal defence career for 13 years, before joining the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.

He was called to the Bar in 2001 after receiving his LL.B from the University of Windsor and an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto, with a Specialist in Political Science and a Major in Philosophy. Stephen articled and served as an associate before becoming a partner at Dutton Brock LLP in 2009, and became a co-managing partner in 2019. He has appeared in the Federal Court and at all levels of court in Ontario, conducting trials before both judges and juries.

He has experience in a broad range of litigation matters including shareholder disputes, jurisdictional challenges, injunctions, product liability, fraud, and real property and leasing disputes. Reuben has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court and arbitration tribunals.
