TLA’s premiere annual professionalism program returns in 2020 with a focus on helping you build your full circle leadership. From maximizing the leadership opportunities afforded by the network around you to canvassing issues around promotion and advancement of women in the profession, you are sure to come out of this program with specific tools to assist you with your leadership journey, no matter your tenure in the profession.
In a dynamic discussion by an all-star panel moderated by Kadey Schultz of Schultz Frost LLP, McCarthy Tétrault’s Atrisha Lewis, Heal & Co.’s Catherine DiMarco, First National Bank’s Hilda Wong, and Deloitte’s Ken Fredeen will examine the following in conversation:
- How do you maximize your full circle leadership potential?
- How pushing the envelope on diversity and inclusion can help you achieve personal leadership goals?
- How to engage in the “money” discussion to assist climbing the leadership ladder?
- How to create and seize opportunities within your network and beyond to fulfill leadership potential?
The plenary presentation will follow a networking event.

TLA response to COVID-19
The TLA takes the health and safety of our members, friends and staff seriously. Based on current information from public health officials, TLA will proceed with upcoming education and social programs. In these circumstances, the small and intimate nature of our education programs allows us to continue with our programming.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and review information from the Government of Canada, Toronto Public Health, and the Ontario Ministry of Health. We will communicate any changes and contingency planning promptly.
