Governance
The association's business is conducted by a 24-member board of directors. The President of the Board serves a one-year term. The Board year runs from one annual business meeting to the next. The annual business meetings are held in March.

The TLA Board of Directors is looking for energetic and engaged TLA members in good standing, who are interested in becoming directors of the Board. Our objective is to staff the Board with a diverse group of lawyers with the time, commitment and expertise to ensure strong and effective direction in fulfilling the TLA’s mission.
