This is the biggest news about the changes coming to the civil justice system in Ontario! 

This will be a moderated conversation with Justice C. Boswell and Allison Speigel, co-chairs of the Civil Rules Review (CRR) and Surina Sud (partner at Kostyniuk & Greenside and TLA Director). This major review of Ontario's civil procedures was announced in the fall of 2023 by Chief Justice Geoffrey Morawetz of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario’s Attorney General, Doug Downey. The goal? To make civil court processes more efficient, affordable, and accessible. We're talking about a significant overhaul, not just small tweaks to the existing rules.
