Join FRO’s Assistant Deputy Minister, Susan Erwin, along with a member of FRO’s counsel, to learn about FRO’s new service delivery model, which will be rolling out in the fall of this year. Over the past three years, FRO has worked to completely overhaul its current model, into one that puts clients first and will see FRO go from being an enforcer, to a more of a guide through the family support process. There will also be other topics :

  • An overview of their transformation and how they used predictive analytics and behavioural insights to develop the new model
  • Examples of enforceable and non-enforceable orders and best practices to ensure enforceability.
  • How to get enforcement started if your client is a support recipient
  • How to terminate or reduce support obligations if your client is a support payor
  • The best way to get a Director Statement of Arrears and how to read it
  • When it is and is not necessary to change a court order by motion to change
  • An overview of FRO Online, FRO’s new self-service online tool for clients
